I wish all contractors were like Frehill Insulation! They removed old insulation from my house in June 2021.Responsive. Professional. Reliable. With craftsmanship and pride in their work. To top it off - they were reasonably priced.My wife called and talked to Rick immediately. He said he would call back to schedule a walk through. He called back when he said he would. He stopped by when he said he would.And he managed to get the crew over the next day.I was impressed before the job even started. I'd be happy to reach a voicemail box that wasn't full! A live person?! A call back?! Seems basic, but hard to find when business is booming.The rest of the experience went just as smoothly.It was quite the operation. His crew - led by his son - were pros. They managed to extract an attic full of insulation with minimal dust. They somehow left the floor cleaner than when they started. If you've ever dealt with blown-in insulation...you know what a mess that can be.Rick's son walked me through the work they did when they finished, and explained to me what I would be looking for when I replaced the insulation.Anyone who's tried to hire any contractors in this market knows just how rare it is to just find a quality team that can do an expert job in short order.Yet somehow, my incredible experience seems to be shared by many others who have worked with Frehill Insulation.I'll end with this. I mentioned to Rick that he and his crew seemed to really take pride in their work. He said, "Proud enough to put our name on the truck." If only more companies had that mindset.You've got a lot to be proud of, Rick!So glad we found Frehill Insulation. I'll definitely call again to update the rest of the insulation in my century-old house.

Quick, professional, and economical. I had another company do some insulation work in the basement of my 140 year old home. A week after they left I had frozen pipes. I called Rick Frehill to straighten out the mess the other contractor caused. Frehill removed all insulation and started from scratch. Now the job is correct. Thank you!!

Really fantastic service and work. Rick has a very high level of accountability and cares about what he does. Flexible with our ever changing schedule and pointed out things we could do better with insulating our house. Amazing job with insulating our basement. Will definitely hire again.
