I am so pleased with the wonderful service from Lapels! First and foremost, I met a client representative named Karen who made a wonderful impression and walked me through the process. My items (two bulky blankets, a throw blanket and two shirts) were processed quickly and very well. They are my new dry cleaners for the area.
Lapels always does a great job with my clothes. They get them back to me earlier than they promise too! The person who checked me out was new but he did a fantastic job with getting my comforters and paying for my order.
Helpful, friendly and contacted us when we read the label wrong that the item should not be dry cleaned. Still bagged the item carefully and had already removed from the bill when I arrived to pick-up our other items.
