When it comes to contractors, I check everything. State reports, local reviews, pictures of previous work. Everything lined up perfect, then the estimate. The price was spot on with what was expected. And the material used was top notch. But what stood out to me more was the communication. Responded to EVERY single text and call before the end of the day. A contractor that doesn’t communicate is a nightmare waiting to happen. You never know where they are or what they’re going to do, or NOT do.Then, the final result of the work. The end was damn near breathtaking. From dingy, 20+ year old carpets to awesome oak hardwoods.
