“There have been a handful of times when someone other than Herdis has touched my hair (or eyebrows) and I've always been disappointed--no one does hair like she does. Her cuts are always fantastic and grow out well (the test of a good cut), and whether I ask for something funky or more conservative, she nails it. As far as color goes, Herdis knows her stuff and always makes me look great. I have very dark hair naturally, but live my life as a believable blonde thanks to Herdis's magic foils. Having had some not-so-good experiences elsewhere, I can't tell you what a relief it is to be in the chair of someone who I know is an expert and is going to give me exactly what I want. All of the products she has recommended have been right-on for my washing and styling needs and for a small salon, she has a really great selection of Redken and Paul Mitchell products.
