I am going to add the names of the 2 associates who treated me as if I was their most important customer! ( it's a RARE GIFTto be able to match up a person's type/ color/ size to a complete stranger! Joyce helped me out today at Walmart. She was WONDERFUL! She helped me pick out frames that looked good on my face and something appropriate for my prescription. She was pleasant and accommodating and not in a rush; she really took her time to get me what I needed. She also offered to help me with a pair of glasses that I have at home. This is customer service that I have not had in a long time. I wish there were others like her in the service industry; she was caring and compassionate.
