We hired Sturdy Home improvement to modify our kitchen closest to move our laundry area from the basement our kitchen..We were told they have all their own employees. the company has been around a while , The cost was middle of the road for price. We signed the contract and gave a deposit mid March 2020. The job never got started until April 13, 2020. They "sub contracted" workers from half way across the state. They were constantly late causing me loss of time from my job. They had no work ethic, made many mistakes, used our personal property, and damaged a few items while working. Finally after multiple complaints to the company from us, one of their workers and an electrician was brought in to rectify the issues. The job was finished April 10,2020. We have other improvements to do next yesr. But will not be calling on them. Also will not refer anyone to this company. Job is done and we should be happy but we are not. Way to much mess and time for a simple job.

Sturdy Home Improvement installed a roof and they were fast and clean. I was amazed by the professionalism, cleanliness and respect they gave my home. John A was our Salesman and we even got a call from Adam the owner who followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects.

I spoke with John and Adam and I couldn't be happier with the design and addition they installed at my house. Our Master suite came out beautifully. There is no such thing as perfect but how they responded and how they solved my problems is the critical reason for my 5 star review. Adam isn't perfect, Sturdy isn't perfect and I'm not perfect. But in the end we agreed. I respect hard working people and they respected my home.
