Maryann is like no other massage therapist I have ever had. The best!! She knows exactly what to work on to help relieve the pain you have been having. She is so extremely knowledgeable and I love that she explains how your body works and what is needed to increase your motion. Just the best!! So glad my chiropractor recommended her. Not your typical massage. In fact it can be painful as she works on fascia spots but then you can immediately feel the openess and space she created when you walk out. I now have somewhere to go to ease my pain when it reoccurs.

I had pretty sharp lower back pain for about 4 days from muscle spasms, and I was looking for relief. An hour massage with Ray, which also included cupping, got me to about 85% recovery! I am so grateful.
