Allison is who we talk to for any scheduling and billing of services. She is so polite, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Her customer service is exceptional.

Northboro Oil has provided our oil delivery service for the past thirty years. During that period, they have replaced our extra water heater, installed a new boiler, and most recently replaced the original oil tank (which had been in use for nearly 50 years!) The technicians have almost always been very courteous and efficient, and the work done has been top-rate. I trust this company, and recommend their work.
We have been customers of Northborough Oil for over 27 years, through regular oil deliveries, scheduled service, emergency service/repair when our old furnace started failing and new system installation. Through it all, they have been wonderful. They have quality, well trained technicians who not only explain to you what needs to be done, but do it right, efficiently and leave everything spotless.
