Booked a day at the spa for my sister and I. Pros: Sandra was amazing with our massages. She knew exactly how to apply the pressure to work through tough spots without leaving me sore or bruised. Laurie did my facial and she was so sweet and very knowledgeable. She listened to me and adjusted my treatment to help reduce my redness afterwards. My sister got her eyebrows waxed and Ali was so meticulous with them. She is a waxing rockstar. My sister also enjoyed her facial by Ali. At not point did we feel rushed and the staff was okay with us adjusting which treatments we wanted. Cons: The manicure and pedicures were standard/average. I was given the full day spa as a gift. My day was absolutely fabulous! Throughout all of the services I was greeted and made to feel welcome and special. My day included a facial, massage, manicure, pedicure, haircut and style, makeup, and lunch! Each transition was seamless, I never waited more than a few minutes between. It was totally worth the price and plan to treat myself to this day again!

I go to Nicholas Michaels to get the dreaded brow wax. My aesthetician is a wonderful young lady called Ali. She is a tremendous asset to the spa. She is professional, funny, talented and warm hearted. And my brows have never looked as well shaped and amazing! Ali is a true asset ! Never leave Ali!
