She listened to my skin problems and concerns and recommended a couple different products to try just like she did when I needed a moisturizer. “Was in town for my brother's wedding, and until the week before the event I totally forgot that I would need makeup and a haircut!! (I don't usually do any of these things often, if at all :P) Sent them a message via their website form and was surprised how responsive they were! I wanted to make sure they had time that Saturday morning before the wedding since I was coming from out of town, shared with them what I thought I needed and asked them if I needed more, sent them a photo of the mess I am in so they knew what to expect.... not only were they responsive (kind and professional) before the event (I needed help with what to select on their website for the appointment), but the day of when I met Nina in person, she was very patient, listened to my concerns, gave great suggestions, and did a beautiful job! Well, when I saw her I already felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands (because she is very lovely).

I wished The Room and Nina was closer to me and that I could visit often, because I'm not really too much of a girly-girl. Never did I feel any pressure, or any hesitation that I'd look ridiculous. Definitely would claim them as my home base for looking presentable if they were local to me!“
