Jeff & Rachel were exceptional with helping me through the process after the unexpected death of my brother. They were extremely compassionate and made a difficult time manageable. I was especially impressed with how Jeff & Rachel helped with all the decisions regarding the calling hours and service. They tended to all the personal details that I could not emotionally handle at the time. We feel very fortunate to have a funeral home to rely on that is run by such a caring family.

From the moment we reached out, due to my father’s passing, we felt completely cared for, by Jeff & Rachel Koopman, as if we were their family. At such an emotional time, it’s very difficult to discuss important decisions to honor a loved one so respectfully and dearly. Jeff is so patient. Jeff and Rachel made a very difficult situation bearable when it came time to say our final good bye's to our dad. Everything was done with so much care, detail, compassion, and respect, and for that my sister and I are very grateful. From the meeting with Jeff to go over arrangements, the calling hours, the funeral, and the service at the cemetery, everything was done with thoughtfulness and care. From the prayer cards to the recipe cards in dad's handwriting for visitors to take with them that Rachel put together, to the thank you cards that had a picture of dad in his Legion uniform on the front and a picture of him at 18 in his SeaBee uniform on the back... read full review
