I have used Gray's in the past to clean my oriental and braided rugs so decided to get pricing when I decided to have my wall to wall pulled out and a hardwood floor put in. Gray's carpet recently installed carpet for us and we couldn't be happier. After experiencing subpar service and install from a Big Box Store, we opted to stay local for our next two carpet installs. What can I say except, I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Grays Carpet for a job well done.

We had Gray's Carpet install wall to wall in our living room and hallway today. We are so pleased with our decision to go with our local merchant rather than a "big box" carpet chain or home improvement center. The process was easy efficient and effective. They arrived exactly when promised, stripped out our old carpet/pad and installed all new of the same. And the whole job was commpleted in 5 hours. Very happy and the installer (Bruce) was a top notch professional.
