Been going here for a while now and I can’t say enough great things about the owners and coaches. When I started I was a husky 220lbs. A little over a year and I’m down to 195lbs put on a good amount of muscle and in the best shape of my life.
LOVE working out at F45 NOBO. The trainers are amazing, uplifting and I have so much fun every class I attend. If you are looking for a positive community who wants to see you reach your fitness goals, this is the place!
Joining F45 in Northboro has been one of my best decisions in my health/wellness and fitness journey. It’s a great way to supplement your regular workout routine or get started in your own journey.
