The crew arrived early and started with a good power washing. Supervisors and experts completed the work quickly and with high quality. They communicate well and work with customers to ensure all the work specified was completed to satisfaction. It looks terrific. The site was cleaned up well. Many customers will certainly call them again when they have further painting and siding/trim repairs to be done. The company was a pleasure to work with from the initial meeting with Alexi to the scheduling and work of the teams. The crew was professional, efficient, and most importantly did a great job. They were very courteous and responsive with any questions. Many customers highly recommend them and have used them a couple of times and are always very satisfied with the outcome. Alexi is personable and easy to work with. The painting team are incredibly nice and very respectful. Supervisors do a great job at overseeing the project. In all this was a great experience and they will use them again.
I was incredibly pleased with Aurora Exterior Painting! Gabriel, Stuart and their crew exceeded my expectations for quality work in a few ways. For example, on the last day they did "touch up" - I wondered if they'd find all the nit-picky stuff I found... and they DID! This speaks to the pride they take in their work, which is rather rare nowadays. As well, the crew showed up each day with smiles and handshakes. They respected the property and routinely asked if we had questions. If you know me, then you're aware that I'm fairly demanding about quality of work. I can honestly say this was a 10/10 experience for me.
