I’ve been training at ABD Shrewsbury for about six weeks now, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I started with little to no background, and from the very first class I felt comfortable, supported, and motivated to keep coming back. The instructors are outstanding, highly skilled, supportive, and truly invested in helping you improve. I've been doing it for 6 years and its really fun with a lot of different programs for kids and adults with fun seminars and parents nights outs on the side. All the instructors are very nice and fun to talk to.
ABD is helping to transform the life of the most important in my world! Confidence, Health, Respect, Perseverance, all wonderful words but when the actions are practiced they become habits & a lifestyle. Very thankful for this place.
