Not trustworthy: Will take clients based on false assessments and assign them to nurses/CM's, etc. who do not agree with the assessments, yet cannot change or refuse them. Acts personally against former employees instead of professionally (e.g., if a former employee is looking for proof of employment and a manager does not like this former employee, the company will not verify employment).

I reached out to this agency for assistance with a family member. When I finally got a call back the Nonotuck rep. spent less than five minutes to assess the family member. When I told her that her assessment was contrary to another agency she told me I could go with someone else but she wasn't changing her mind. She cut me off several times and therefore could not possibly have collected enough information to make an accurate assessment. I believe she is racist and unfortunately people like her are gatekeepers to state provided funds so that Black people cannot get them. Yes, the same state funds that I pay into with my tax dollars! I am so thankful for ALL the work ... (alot) that Nonotuck has done for me and the individual I care for.. They are so professional and wear so many hats and wear them well.. Go way above and beyond.... Every month they visit and educate you on all kinds of things... From healthy eating to what is the flu vs common cold.. Always with a big smile...
