I’d ordered a bridesmaid’s dress online and while the bottom fit, the top was nearly twice my size. And the hem was 5 inches too long. The company claimed that they don’t do returns on plus size dresses but their sizes were so small, I had to get a dress 6 sizes bigger than my usual dress size. Nadia came to the rescue! We worked together to make all the right adjustments and within a week, Nadia made all the necessary changes to the bust, the sleeve and the hem. The dress fit me like a glove. I had several jackets that needed repairs due to inherent defects in the products. She did an excellent job reinforcing and fixing the jackets. I would highly recommend her for any tailoring work!

My backpack strap was on its last leg and being a student I urgently needed a repair. Nadia went above and beyond with a difficult repair on short notice. The outcome looks just out of the factory with more reinforcement than The North Face gave it in the first place. Truly a lifesaver!
