I was referred to MyEyeDr in Northampton MA. because they take my insurance both for the exam and the glasses and I really enjoyed my experience with everybody. My Technician was great as was Dr. Merem and the Optician and receptionists were great too. I just got my new glasses today in fact and after wearing my previous glasses for nearly 14 years it’s a night and day difference with my vision. I can see things now that I was missing for years for which I thank Dr. Merem and my Technician and the great optician who fitted me with my great new glasses

I found this practice on my insurance app. Called to verify they took my insurance and was able to get an appointment relatively quickly for 5 people. I recommend this office completely. The front of house staff is polite, friendly and extremely professional. They dealt with my slightly loud children incredibly well. The doctor is phenomenal. She has a way with children and making them feel at ease while dilating their eyes. So glad I found this practice

My own area was unable to schedule me an appointment in less than a year! My boss made an appointment for me in 3 days!!! Easy to get to, off-street parking, and the staff.... phenomenal!!! I hadn't seen an eye doctor in 25 years, so of course, things have changed pretty greatly. I was welcomed warmly the moment I walked in. Christina was my tech, and not only did she put me at ease, she outlined everything she was going to do before she did it. As an older person, she was absolutely wonderful!
