Erin Maclean was our buyer's agent in our search for our first home in the upper Pioneer Valley. She was an excellent resource and partner to us in figuring out what we wanted/needed in a home and then finding local lenders to get the best financing possible. When we found the home for us, she helped us craft the best possible offer to secure the house and give us protections in case there were hidden issues. She recommended a really thorough local inspector that not only gave us an orientation on the systems of our house but identified issues large and small and gave us confidence to proceed with the purchase. During closing she helped us make sure nothing was amiss with the house and has since even given us a list of contractors to help us with the home projects we can't DIY. Erin is professional, responsive and was an advocate for our best interest throughout the whole process - we can't recommend her enough!
