I have been a long time customer at Joia. I love their products and customer service. Their facials, manicures and pedicures are the best. However, the absolute best part of the store are the ownersand staff- kind, patient, helpful and caring.

I came here recently trying to find some holiday presents for a loved one with mature combination skin, and I was not disappointed. The sales associates were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the store was filled with enticing skincare goodies (including a shelf of products "specifically for men"). Joia has become my go-to beauty destination right here in Northampton!

Joia is a gem that we are lucky to have. The owner and staff are all wonderful and make excellent, tailored recommendations. I have used them to send gifts during the pandemic and the staff never fails to pick out and nicely package amazing gifts for all budgets to ship. The selection of products is great. This is absolutely my favorite place to buy gifts for others (and myself) in Northampton. Highly recommended.
