I want to share my story because I would have been a returning client however I experienced terrible customer service working with Stephen. I’m not sure what’s going on over there, but the proposed designs for my renovation project had several elements that I did not ask for. The interaction between the designer and Stephen was awkward, no one seemed prepared or took my tight deadline for the project seriously. What’s more shocking is what I was charged for the designs I was presented with.
