“Jackie was amazing! My first cut with her and I was a bit nervous, she made me feel relaxed with her calm and gentle demeanor. She was gentle with my hair and considerate of my requests. I tend to get overstimulated easily at hairdressers and I did not have any issue with that here. Jackie was gentle with handling, the music and lighting were inviting and calm (not too loud).
