We have been using Karol's for several years now. They always do a great job and are always very nice and friendly. If there are any problems, they are very responsive and make sure to make it right. More importantly, the dog and cats like them too.

They did awesome and spent a lot of time paying attention to details. They even had fun doing it and set the kids stuffed animals up on their bed reading. The kids loved that and so did I! Looking forward to continue to work with them!
