rude owner, bad service. she only knows one cut and ..well, look at her personal style. you can't walk in expecting much. salon is nice inside but too bad the cacklin hen isn't.

Worst hair experience I've ever had. I paid TWICE what I would normally pay to get my hair done and when I saw the receipt I saw that she charged me for extra color and extra toner (I have medium length hair and have NEVER needed extra color) not to mention my 5pm appointment went until 11:30 at night and I completely missed plans that I had made for 9 o'clock. (Usually 4 hours and more than enough time to be done with a full foil) once I was FINALLY done I looked in the mirror and wanted to cry because my hair was repulsive! It was huge stripes of orangey yellowish and huge clumps of my natural color in between. I ended up having to pay to have it fixed by... read full review
