Update to my original review. Finally was able to speak to the nurse line. Supposedly they had attempted to call me 5 times. Don't really understand as they have my correct #. Frustrating as it doesn't make sense but nurse was very nice and I finally have my biopsy results.

I have been going to Dr Briceno for over 10 years even though I now live an hour away. The front desk is great; professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The care has always been excellent. I don't usually leave yelp reviews as they are notoriously skewed by one or two cranky complaining people but the reviews I noticed are WAY off base in this instance.

We move Amy Chang, but it is impossible to call the front office to do any routine stuff, like schedule an annual check up appointment. After waiting for over 30 mins telling me that I will be talking to front desk and that I am 6th in line, then 5th in line, etc., when it was finally my turn, I just got a voice message saying to leave a voice mail and someone will get back to me in 24 hours. There is no live person to pick up a phone in 30 minutes? Amy Chang: 5 stars. Front office and how they run business: 0 stars.I second other reviews of Dr. Urman. I don’t recommend her.
