He did me wrong. I saw him for less than a year or so over 4 years ago and it still upsets me to this day that I was his patient. My coworker recommended me to dr Heller as he had been her and her mother's dentist for years. In the beginning he was so friendly and seemed to want to know all my life story. And he said that I needed to have tons of dental work done for my own good even though they were not giving me any problem. He touched every corner of my teeth. He removed all the previously treated filling and replaced it with new fillings. The teeth felt sharp and it hurt for a long time after the procedure. He wanted to sell me very expensive mouth guard. Cash money of almost $800. After some appointment mishaps, he was very angry with me. Said a lot of inappropriate and personal things to me while he had his sharp dental instruments in his hand and me in the chair, "are you gonna buy the dental guard now or your gonna continue to procrastinate?" Don't go to this guy. He will fix what's not broken to take your money. And he will turn on you when he realize you are not the best cash cow in his spa like decor all so nice dental office.

This office is amazing. Every single person I’ve dealt with since day one (Including Dr Heller). Forgive me, as this likely sounds crazy, but my observation is that they only hire people with positive personalities and the customer service and scheduling is superb. Olivia is great, as is the attractive woman at the desk who takes payment/ deals with insurance etc. I don’t write reviews... Not my thing. If a place sucks, I just won’t go back. This places is “Ace’s”... Start to Finish... JPM

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable environment. Dr. Heller and his whole staff are incredible. Have always made me feel at ease no matter what procedure I am having done. My son and I have been patients of this practice for many many years. Highly recommend!!
