Gordon has done several jobs for me. The biggest job was installing a heat pump, in the nick of time for the heat of summer. Now I'm using the heat pump to warm my house during the shoulder season. He also neatly installed an electric outlet at the exterior of my house so I can charge my Prius at home. I'm sure he'd install a fancy charger too, e.g. for your Tesla, but I didn't need that. In this job, he dug a trench for the electric cable, replaced the ancient electric panel as well as installing a whole-house surge protector.
