My plumber referred me to this guy and I called him to discuss my project and time-line. Tom came to take a look at the project. He sent a proposal. It was very high considering it was a remodel. I told him I was on a budget. He didn't like that and rescinded the proposal. Make sure you have an unlimited budget if you want to give a project to this guy. Very inconsiderate. You don't need to buy a $100 paint can to make a room look nice. I will never reach out to him again and not happy with my plumbers poor referrals.
