Our heat stopped working the night before a major winter storm! We called several companies but Ayotte was the only one to return our call. They were able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone so they would know what to expect when they arrived. Our heat was fixed within a few hours! I would recommend this company for anyone experiencing a late night problem. Thank you for keeping our family warm before the Blizzard of 2022!!
Ayotte first came to our house last summer when our AC needed repair. They came out the next day and were amazing. We also used them recently for a new furnace, hot water heater and bathroom plumbing. I have been impressed with the professional, friendly, reliable technicians. They recognized and respected our Covid concerns and were courteous and thoughtful working in our home. It is refreshing to hear positive and encouraging remarks back and forth as they worked. Incredible work. When we returned home it was like they were never there...except that the new central air works! Very professional. Left the work area cleaner than when they arrived!!! Thanks for another great job!
