The folks at The Sauce Catering were wonderful throughout the entire planning process of our event. Lauren worked with us to find creative solutions to stay within our budget while still providing a quality experience for our event attendees. On the day of, one of the owners, Sarah, was on hand to make sure everything went smoothly, while Josh delivered a spread that was beyond what I had ever imagined. Everyone I worked with was kind and patient, even when faced with my novice event planning, and, in the end, everyone ate and drank well and had an excellent time at our event!
Amy and her team gave us the freshest (made on site!), most delicious food for our backyard wedding reception. A charcuterie board for 100, two different kinds of salads, burger and pulled chicken sliders, French fry bar with a dozen different dipping sauces, and make your own tacos/nachos. People were raving about the food all night, which was clear from the people going up for seconds and thirds! Highly recommend!
