they installed an inground pool at our home in Tewksbury back in 2002. The pool was fine but the grading of the surrounding yard resulted in water flow into the pool from the surrounding yard any time it rained. When installing/designing the pool, they should have taken this into consideration and made recommendations (which they did not). The project manager was never around and only came by when it was time to collect the payment at different stages of the construction. Worst customer service. Pools by Andrew are the kind of company that thinks they don't need your business. They need to realize without patrons you don't have a business. You have an expensive hobby.

our neighbor had their pool done by Andrews in 2014, Andrews came highly recommend great company great people no complaints 100% solid work even finished up ahead of schedule keep up the great work thanks again very much to the entire crew and sub-contractors, couldn't be happier with the final outcomeServices: General construction
