“My husband and I started taking our puppy Ozzie to classes at BlueDog when he was 4 months old. As a board certified behavior analyst, I knew I wanted to find a dog trainer that utilized positive reinforcement and this led us to BlueDog. Their trainers are extremely knowledgeable, seem to genuinely take joy in teaching, and have great insights on training, socialization and enrichment. Our puppy is now 9 months old and last week we took him to the South End in Boston to SoWA outdoor market. He didn’t jump or bark our entire outing. We went to an outdoor cafe for lunch and he confidently and happily laid next to us on the patio watching dogs and people go by. Of course he still acts like a puppy and he will continue to need training as he matures. But, BlueDog has provided us with the structure and exercises to help him develop skills to be confident and comfortable in the world.“

“Highly recommend for services for reactive dogs. My dog, Harvey, is both human and dog reactive and we needed a new boarding facility. Harvey attended the K9 Day Camp program to get to know the staff before attempting overnight boarding. The entire staff took their time with Harvey, going at his pace and earning his trust. Mikayla, Nicole, Lauren and Joe are now 4 of Harvey’s newest favorite people! I’m so impressed by their professionalism and ability to earn my reactive dog’s trust, which is not an easy thing to do! Harvey has had success boarding with Nicole and I feel comfortable with him in her care. You can definitely trust your reactive dogs to be safe and cared for with Canine Odyssey“

“We were having issues with our rescue puppy, Stella, showing food aggression and trying to be the “boss” of us (mostly me!). Alison was amazing. She knew exactly how to help us work through these issues and Stella responded quickly to the training/modifications we learned. . We have worked with Alison on a couple of other minor behavior issues and we have seen great results. I highly recommend The Balanced Pack and am so glad we found you!“

“Dr. Walker and the rest of the staff were amazing when my sister was faced with the hardest decision she had to make for her dog. He made sure all questions were answered, all options were covered and even waited for our family to gather and say our good byes. Dr. Walker’s kind words during the process can only be described as compassionate. He even called my sister a few days later to check in on her. They made this difficult experience just a little easier. We will be forever grateful.“

“I had to bring my cat Murray in for a second visit today 1/21/24 because he got too spicy for his annual check up. I changed out his carrier for a carrier swaddle bag to keep him calmer. The office staff were amazing, treating my boy with care and consideration for his anticipated attitude. I was more stressed than the cat. I called before bringing him in, reception made sure he could go straight back. I hovered at the desk listening for Murray to act up and again reception never once made me feel like I was out of line or in the way. (A lovely girl with pink hair, I'm sorry I didn't ask her name) Murray was grumbly but (prayers answered) he made it thru his appointment and we got him back home to his happy place. Thank you to all who worked with my boy today to keep him healthy.“

“If you're looking for a vet that is honest, and treats your animals like they're their own, Lowell Rd Vet is it. Lord Boba is my actual child, and I only wanted the best care. I did extensive research on the vets in the area before I moved here and this was the one that I landed on. From reception, to the techs, to the Drs - everyone is amazing. They remember us, and love on my little guy. And it's not just because he's a puppy, I've seen them love all over a golden senior before too! They answer all my insane questions, and always answer their phone line and emails. Lord Boba gets PUMPED when we pull into the parking lot because he knows he's seeing all his friends. He's not scared of anyone here, and runs to see them with his little booty wiggling away. Our first vet tech was Isaac. He is so gentle and nurturing and made a lasting impression for myself, and obviously Lord Boba as well. Our Dr is Dr Stroganoff. She is SO sweet, loving and patient with my wild little man. Always takes the time and answers any of my questions. She's also popped her head in to say hi to us even on just a tech visit! Courtney has been our tech multiple times and is SO fun and exciting for Boba. She's amazing at her job and you know she's passionate about animals and their well-being. She's a wealth of knowledge and Lowell Rd is incredibly lucky to have her on the team. Brooke has actually never been our tech, but has checked us in almost every time and always is the one to answer the phone on my crazy questions. She's never made me feel silly about asking anything. From "can Boba eat ____??" To "should I bring more poop for testing to you guys!?". There are definitely others that we have interacted with and are also amazing- but these repeat faces for us needed a shout out. We are so excited to continue our vet care here for Lord Boba and soon my 5 year old kitty Zina. Thank you all for being such an amazing team and making me feel at total ease. I've never owned a dog that was excited to go to the vet - and this is Bobas favorite place to be.“

“I love bringing my Dachshund puppy to doggy daycare. Every time she comes she is always soooo happy to be there. The girls who take care of her are consistent and my pup absolutely loves them as well. She has separation anxiety usually but when it comes to going to doggy daycare she does not.“
