I called MAC HVAC and they came out the next day. They fixed the issue. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would 100% recommend them! Other places I called gave me the runaround. They were awesome!

My technician Kevin K and his assistant were quick, precise, and knowledgeable so things didn’t take long. They were both great and friendly. They weren’t pushy and pitching “sales” like others. They told me what I needed, gave me options, not once did they try to push me to buy extra services or products that weren’t necessary. All in all a great experience yet again. I’ve used MAC HVAC in Billerica for several of years now and I’ve always been happy with their service.

Kevin was extremely good. I am 100% planning to use MAC HVAC again in the future. very responsive and Kevin did a great job explaining the issue at hand. He even had to drive to Lowell to get the part he needed. He was back and fixed the problem he described so fast. Kevin - was a pleasure having you and helping me out! Couldn’t be more thankful in this level of heat with 2 little kids!
