“We woke up on New Year's Day to no hot water. I called several plumbers with the expectation that I wouldn't hear from them until the next day. Greg took the time from his day off to text me that he could come to the house the next day. Fortunately, the situation fixed itself and we had hot water again. Greg came to the house, checked the boiler and let me know to contact him as soon as something goes wrong. I hope that nothing does go wrong, but I know that Greg will be there should something happen.“

“RER for HVAC - Great Service! For more than a decade Bob F & Jeff R have provided service above my expectations. Examples: --- Furnace failed at peak of a blizzard. It was evening, roads unplowed, horrible conditions, yet Bob F soon arrived and gave us heat. --- Jeff R solved a years-old electrical fault probably caused by original installer. No more smoke puffs / alarms in the basement! --- Today in July, Jeff restored our Central AC cooling within 2 hours of my call. . I know a company can't guarantee this level of service, but RER has been providing it!“

While the initial interaction with the employee was not pleasant or positive their handling of the situation was. I appreciate the time they took to call and talk with me about this.Original post: One of their techs was working at wrentham village premium outlets and accosted my wife while she was wearing a mask. He called her a sheep and cursed at her for wearing mask. If this is the sort of staff the company hires and sends out to represent them I would be reticent to use a company like this“
