I recently had a 43-year-old furnace replaced with a ductless minisplit system in my condo. I have a very old home and the entire HVAC system was out of date and incredibly inefficient. Bryan, Jimmy, Nate and their crew were able to install the minisplits and new condenser within a week. Their prices were competitive, everyone was incredibly professional, kind and reliable.They helped me navigate the confusing MassSave process, and even brought me space heaters when my furnace was not usable. I called another company to come out and service my furnace they recommended a unit cleaning to help lower my c02 reading once that didn't work they wanted me to get a whole new furnace.. My furnace was only 1 1/2 yrs old, after I called Affordable heat and air and Brian was very helpful and understanding he sent Jimmy to come and take a look and saved me from buying a whole new system for nothing. I highly recommend using affordable heat and air, they are great at what they do and take pride in keeping customers happy. Affordable heating and air conditioning came out and did an emergency heat and AC install just when it started to get cold when I had no heat, they fit me into their busy schedule, great work, great guys, couldn’t ask for better service. I highly recommend them and they have done work for me in the past 20 years
