“Stopped by this shop today because they said they could help with reopening a few piercings that closed during a surgery recovery. Billie was awesome and made me feel so comfortable with all the decisions I was making! She even helped me sit in the chair because I’m on crutches right now (but really couldn’t wait any longer to get my jewelry back in lol). She talked me through different options as well as perfectly lining up the left side of my nose piercing to my right side! She kept trying until she got the placement perfect which I loved!
