Our repair man was very polite and explained how he was diagnosing the problem. Once it was complete, he educated us and allowed us to make the decision moving forward. He was exceptional!
I am so happy with the service from Sears. The technician Steve was amazing. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and honest. He overhauled my riding mower. It is running like its new. The total cost was more than reasonable. So glad I went with this company and that they sent a wonderful representative of the company. Many thanks.
Paul came and diagnosed the problem quickly, helped me manage all the steps with the AI customer service (took three tries!) , ordered the part, and made an appointment to come back to fix it. He was professional and polite. The part arrived the next day, and Sears contacted me asking if I wanted an earlier appointment. The new time was more convenient and so Zach came out today. He was professional, polite, clean and organized. He explained what he was doing and gave me tips each step of the way (I asked for that). Both service people were wonderful!
