Working with the associates at the Attleboro location was great! They are processional and keep you informed through the entire process as well as answer any questions. I personally had to change my order a couple times and it was done with ease and a copy of the new order was emailed to me immediately. They made the process to be assigned to installer simple and picking up the products at the store was a breeze. I highly recommend them for any floor projects!

This store (#1439 in N. Attleboro MA) EXCEEDED my expectations in terms of easy to work with in all aspects of my flooring project. The gentleman that came out to do all the measuring was very professional and I received the quote in an email the very next day.Roberto at that store was very patient with me in writing up my order and explaining it all to me. I received all documents in email format promptly and was called when my installation was scheduled and to go over any questions that I might have.The crew at BM Flooring were outstanding when it came to the installation. I had one request when the job was just about completed and they accommodated me with a smile on their faces.Then returning the unused items was a breeze and Roberto credited my credit card for everything I returned.
