It’s mid. Nothing to write home about. Old and dated equipment. Cable machines feels old and the pec dec machines- 1 the bench is broken, and the other only goes up to 190 lbs….. bruh….
I broke my ankle about 2 months ago and my surgeon suggested that I start riding A recumbent bike. Stopped in here yesterday with my husband and a nice young woman named Alynna gave us a tour. She was great.
I'm surprised the reviews here are so low (although worth noting Google has a significantly higher rating with more reviews). Despite these reviews I did decide to check out the gym - I'm on Day 1 of my membership and felt the need to say that I think this gym has a lot to offer! I'm paying $20/month with a $60 annual fee and a one time $79 enrollment fee. There's a ton of equipment, some newer some older but still Life Fitness which is a pretty solid manufacturer. There is the main gym space but also the turf, a cross fit type area, a yoga studio, a fitness class room, a spin room, and a rowing room all open to all members as long as a class isn't... read full review
