The work is fabulous but they do not…are NOT able to accommodate reservations. They TAKE reservations but do NOT & CAN NOT respect reservation times because the person “Man-Ning” the phone ISNT EVEN THERE!! He has no idea how horribly he is disrespecting his clients and his staff. His job is to overbook, overbook, overbook. Apparently… That is his business plan so be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait. It’s not the fault of the staff, but it’s incredibly poor management.
First time here and it was great. As soon as you walk in, it’s a very calming vibe. I love that they have booklets to pick out your colors, so you get seated right away. Anthony was professional and did such a good job on my pedicure. I will definitely be back!
I loveeee Kim. She does an awesome job always. She's always letting me know when new nail colors come out! Like the cat eye! I tried it today and loved my pedicure and she never fails me on my nails!
