Tallman Associates the worst optometrist. I've ever had to deal with it as far as their receptionists and trying to book a appointment. I tried to change my appointment 3 times no one ever called back. These receptionists are the worst rudest. I've ever dealt with as far as receptionist. S, this place is not for me. They did a good job on my eye. But the reception of this aint worth it.. Very unprofessional!!!

I had a lump removed from my eyelid on 8/8/24 at 12:00 ish. They said they would call eye drops in at my pharmacy to pick up later that day. At 5:20 p.m. I went to pharmacy and no prescription was sent. I called 8/9/24 at 9:05 a.m. and was on hold for over 10 Minutes. Called back and someone answered and transfered my call to Dr. North's nurse. She did not answer phone so I left a message. No call. I have yet to hear from them it is now 4:45 p.m. I called phamacy and still no prescription for me. I called Tallman again and got the answering service, left another message with them. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. I had to wait over 4 months for this appointment to be treated this way, my dog gets better treatment, and if i call someone at least calls me back.

I've been waiting 9 months for a routine eye exam. They have called me twice a week before my appointments saying they have to reschedule me. I can't keep rescheduling appointments time to find a new Doctor.
