Family was coming and water was leaking everywhere! The owner came right away and controlled the leak to prevent further damage from the water in my basement. Soon after they had a team out here to get the water heater replaced. They corrected some code violations as well from the last installer (I didn’t live here then) and are coming back to bring the exterior piping up to code as well.
