On 8/21/2024 I had my first MOHS procedure for a cancerous lump on the top of my head. The pre-op telephone conference gave me clear information about what to expect and dealt with my questions patiently. The day of the surgery, the staff did all they could to make me comfortable, once again explaining the steps of the procedure prior to the first cut. I didn't experience anything more than mild discomfort and that was dealt with swiftly. Wound care was explained and demonstrated to the son who will be attending to my scalp. There is nothing that could be criticized about how this entire experience was handled and I'm very grateful.
Dr. Kannler and the entire team of Nina, Monica, Meghan and Beth were excellent from start to finish. Very professional and informative. I cannot say enough about how great this team was.
Excellent visit! From checking in with a courteous staff person to a very short wait time to be called in! Very pleased with the thoroughness, professionalism, and knowledge of the medical assistant. Karima (PA) is ALWAYS amazing! She is experienced and kind! She listens patiently and is thorough in her exam!
