“The work is fabulous but they do not…are NOT able to accommodate reservations. They TAKE reservations but do NOT & CAN NOT respect reservation times because the person “Man-Ning” the phone ISNT EVEN THERE!! He has no idea how horribly he is disrespecting his clients and his staff. His job is to overbook, overbook, overbook. Apparently… That is his business plan so be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait. It’s not the fault of the staff, but it’s incredibly poor management.“
