10/10! I’ve had massages from both Tasha and Diego and I would recommend them to anyone. I’m an ex college athlete so I deal with some tightness as I keep up with my lifting/training schedule. I also have lots of neck/shoulder tension from working my 9-5 desk job. Tasha did an amazing job with the short slot I booked for - all the tensions melted away. Definitely will need to do a 90 minute session next time!
I have been regularly getting massages from Diego (MVB owner) for over 3 years. He has helped me out with pain from mild sport injuries time and time again. I can’t recommend him enough.
I have now had three treatments by Diego and have already seen marked improvement. He always asks about any concerns or focus areas I want to concentrate on at the start of the session and does follow through during the session. I like deep work so am feeling the effects right after the session, but the results are great and lasting. He checks in with you during treatment to make sure you are ok and asks for feedback (more or less pressure). I never feel shorted on my treatment time but he’s always on time (or within 5 mins of my booked time). I am definitely making this a part of my health regimen.
