Patrick, my technician, just left the house after doing an fantastic job replacing the windshield of my Ford Fusion Titanium. He was meticulous about the work and he knew exactly what he was doing from beginning to end, including recalibration of my lane change electronics. He is a credit to the reputation of Safelite AutoGlass. My car was expensive and I enjoy it very much so I was very upset when a large, speeding truck threw a rock at my windshield on route 93 in Andover, but it is a relief to have my car intact again. Thank you Patrick and thank you to Safelite for running a professional, competent business.....very hard to find nowadays!!

Windshield was replaced, all stickers and ez pass transferred over, and safety sense camera recalibrated in half the time they quoted me which was 2 hours. Very happy with the speed and quality of the service.

My rearview mirror fell off and they were able to fix it after the dealerships repair failed! The website didn't address my particular issue so I just drove in to ask if they could fix it and they did it right then and there. Very friendly and helpful, strongly recommend!
