“I replaced a front entry door, bought it, and had it installed by Pro-Entry. First off, George the owner, went over every detail imaginable with us, to make sure we got the best door possible and didn't fail. His installers Mike and Scott, were the kinds of Craftsmen everybody hopes to get. They were courteous, respectful, extremely profession installing the product, that took most of the day, to reach the perfection they were looking for. The draft I used to get from the old door is gone, as now there's a vacuum tight lock, and all new threshold and frame. My wife and I are very happy with their services, as they worked hard, never even took a break, and cleaned up like true pros. They left my house clean as a whistle. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. They go the extra mile to please.“

This summer they replaced most of my windows, shutters and back deck. Other contractors wouldn't even quote some of my windows because they have the decorative half moon above some of them, but Brooks didn't have an issue with it.The craftmanship and attention to detail on the deck and the window boxes was fantastic! “We recently completed a home improvement project with Ace Home Medics (November 2023). Me and my wife would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to do a home improvement project. They did an excellent job and were great to work with throughout the process.Matt was great to meet with and review the project with. He had good insight and gave us advise and suggestions on things we would not normally have thought of. When it came to picking out flooring and other supplies he had contacts in most of the places he recommended to us and was available to offer advice as we made selections. From the minute we met Matt we knew he was someone that we could trust. His estimates were very reasonable and came in spot on. He stayed in contact with us and provided timelines as we were waiting for the work to commence.Throughout the project Tony the foreman was available to deal with issues that came up (as they sometimes do in older homes) and helped get things done and moving along. As far as the actual work we couldn't give a higher compliment to Steve and Scott (who did most of the work). Their craftsmanship was excellent and they took the time to explain things to us as they went along. They also provided us with reasonable timelines. Throughout the three plus weeks they were at our house they were like family and treated our home the same way as if they were doing work on their own home. Tim the painter was also excellent and extremely clean. Jimmy did most of this work and he always showed up on time and kept us informed of the progress. Jimmy had to custom mill some beadboard as it wasn't standard.. this was a nice touch.
