Professional.....in every sense of the word. We had a broken valve on our hot water heater that necessitated shutting of our water supply late in the afternoon. The time when every other plumber in the universe is packing up for the day and heading home. I know because I called all of them. We called Curtis, and were told that he had to finish up what he was doing and would be at our home as soon as possible. A msn of his word. Curtis arrived shortly thereafter, replaced the valve faster than Superman, flushed the lines, and was out the door in less time than it took me to type this review. Curtis Reynolds is the ONLY number on my list from now on. 5 stars is not a high enough ranking.
