What a welcoming place! I was in North Adams for a month and I was warmly welcomed into this community as soon as I showed up for my first class. The "come as you are," spirit left me feeling energized, strong and centered after every class and I was sad to have to go leave this great studio at the end of the month. I am so thankful and would encourage anyone to practice yoga here -- and their fitness classes are great too. Thank you North Adams Yoga!
North Adams Yoga is the best! Dev and Deb teach all their classes with knowledge and kindness. Not only are their classes based on their extensive trainings and certifications, but they are fundamentally rooted in their belief system that we should treat each others and ourselves with kindness and gratitude. I cannot say enough great things about this studio! Take a class, or five, you won’t regret it!
Take a class with North Adams Yoga and you won’t regret it! Deb and Devin are knowledgeable, meet the individual needs of their clients, and teach with a sense of humor and passion. We’re so lucky to have them in Berkshire County!
