I have been dealing with Dr. Heather Blake for 8 years with my golden retriever. Tonight, we had a little scare as Cooper our golden decided to eat my son's diaper. Knowing the complications that can occur, we called the office immediately and talked with Lisa who was very friendly, prompt, and caring. We were informed to try to get him to vomit. While I was talking to Lisa on the phone I was also texting with Dr. Blake who I might add was done working for the night. She took the time out of her night to help me out; that says a lot about the type of care she provides! This isn't the first time that Heather has talked to me outside of the office. If you are looking for someone who will go the extra mile and put your mind at ease when these dogs test our limits go see Dr. Blake.

Dr. Rebecca Mattson was so gentle and kind and caring. She had so much compassion for our Fonzi. She totally understood how hard of a decision is was for us and she explained everything to us.

I picked up my boys ashes tonight and was expecting the typical box of ashes. What I got was a very heartfelt and personalized bag of keepsakes that touched my heart. Thank you Greylock Animal Hospital for such a wonderful experience at such a sad time. Xoxo, Leon’s mama
